      Supernature by COMO Shambhala Launches a Wellness Coffee Bar with Guerilla Coffee

      Singapore's leading organic grocer partners with homegrown specialty label Guerilla Coffee to bring artisanal beans, barista-grade machinery, and an exclusive menu of functional, feel-good drinks to COMO Dempsey.

      Supernature by COMO Shambhala, Singapore’s leading natural and organic grocer, launches a new coffee bar with homegrown specialty label Guerilla Coffee. Founded in 2021 by award-winning coffee champion Keith Loh — Singapore’s 2010 National Barista Champion and 2013 National Cup Tasters Champion — the partnership brings Guerilla Coffee’s proprietary roasting profiles and barista-grade machinery into Supernature’s organic grocery and café at COMO Dempsey for the first time.

      The space is designed by Paola Navone, the Italian architect-designer behind many of COMO Group’s most iconic restaurants and resorts. It is equipped with a Sanremo D8 Pro and Mahlkönig E65 GbS running on the Sync System, delivering real-time quality monitoring and automatic calibration to ensure consistency across every cup.

      SIP WITH INTENTION

      The bar serves a refined selection of flat whites, long blacks, cappuccinos and espressos, crafted with Guerilla No. 2 — a house blend roasted in-house from beans sourced in Vietnam, Java and Bali Kintamani, with notes of dark chocolate, caramel and orange citrus. Non-coffee options, including ceremonial-grade matcha lattes, are also available.

      Most notably, the traditional mocha has been reimagined as the Dark Chocolate Mushroom Mocha — a rich, antioxidant blend of Valrhona chocolate and an organic mushroom blend of chaga, lion’s mane, cordyceps and maitake, supporting cognitive function and immune health.

      Alongside it, the Sun Salutation Latte — turmeric, nutmeg, ginger, white clover leaf honey and pepper — delivers natural anti-inflammatory warmth, while the iced Slow Glow Latte, made with MCT oil, grass-fed butter and cinnamon, supports metabolic efficiency and clean, sustained energy.

      Dirty Coffee, a Guerilla Coffee signature, rounds out the menu: hot espresso poured over cold Milbok Double Milk, creating a diffused, dripping effect and a hot-to-cold experience that is exclusively available in-store.

      Milk-based options use Eisbär Barista Milk and Milbok Double Milk — a cold-processed, concentrated single-origin milk that is naturally sweet, higher in protein, and 25% higher in total solids than regular full-fat milk.

      FUELLING DEMPSEY

      With padel clubs, Pilates studios and popular running routes nearby, Singapore’s Dempsey precinct is home to a health-conscious community that is growing rapidly. The partnership is designed to offer clean, early-morning fuel for the fitness community, busy professionals and local residents who call the area home.

      Guerilla Coffee at Supernature is open daily from 7am to 5pm, and is available for dine-in, delivery, or Click and Collect at COMO Shambhala Kitchen, COMO Dempsey.
